Performances

FIU School of Music students may be hired to provide music for your event. Payment rates per performer:

1 hour: $75
1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $125
3-4 hours: $150

Please send an e-mail to Magaly.Galvis@fiu.edu describing the event, date and hours, venue, what type of music or instruments you are interested in, and your contact information. We will make this information available to our highly talented School of Music students. If performers are available, they will contact you. Information will be posted promptly, but response cannot be guaranteed.

Teaching

FIU students are also available to provide private studio lessons in your home or at their own studios. Please send an e-mail to Magaly.Galvis@fiu.edu describing your needs. Teachers negotiate their own rates. If teachers are available, they will contact you. Information will be posted promptly, but response cannot be guaranteed.

The School of Music office staff are not equipped to respond to questions or e-mails about either student performances or teachers, but be assured that interested parties will have access to your requests.
